click Search & Reports
-> select Use: Daily User HPSS
-> set search criteria in Search Daily HPSS User Usage
-> click Submit Query

As of March 2003, SRUs are calculated in a new way.
- A gigabyte is now considered to be 10243 bytes rather than the
one
billion bytes used previously (1,073,741,824 rather than 1,000,000,000).
- SRUs are computed daily rather than monthly.

The daily or monthly HPSS user usage frame shows usage for
a user or list of users.
Example Daily Display

The common columns displayed are:
- Name
- The user's name.
- Org
- The user's organizational affiliation.
- UID
- The user's NERSC ID number. There is one UID per login, but users with
multiple logins may have more than one UID.
- Login
- The login name whose usage is listed.
- Login Status
- Whether the login name is active, restricted, disabled or deleted.
- Begin Date
- The begin date of this days' usage summary.
- End Date
- The end date of this days' usage summary.
- Files
- Number of files stored.
- Space
- GB of spaced used in the archive.
- I/O
- GB of I/O transferred.
- SRUs Charged
- The number of SRUs charged for this day or month. See above for how SRUs are calculated.
- SRU Files
- 0.0000393 x number of files.
- SRU Space
- 0.0131147 x GB of spaced used in the archive.
- SRU I/O
- 4.0 x GB of I/O transferred.
