Welcome to our 5th survey of users of the NERSC High Performance Computing Facility. Please take a few minutes to fill out this year's survey. Your responses will provide us user feedback about NERSC's operation. It will allow us to judge the quality of our services, give DOE information on how NERSC is doing, point us to areas we can improve, and show how we compare to similar facilities. We will not use your name or login in our tally of the final results.

Q. This doesn't look secure. Is it?
A. Only indirectly. We want to encourage all NERSC users to take the survey, so it is not password protected, as password protection strongly discourages use. However, only responses attributed to valid user names will be accepted. In addition, your browser's IP address is recorded and a confirming email will be sent to you (directed to the email address NERSC has on file for your username) when you complete the survey.
