    Dear NERSC Users,

There is now a "low" submit queue for batch jobs on jacquard.
Please see http://www.nersc.gov/nusers/resources/jacquard/running_jobs.php
for the full list of submit queues.

"low" jobs run at a lower relative priority, may request a maximum of 6 
hours
of wall clock time, and may run on 1-64 noted.  They are charged at half the
MPP hours of "batch" jobs.
