Index Seaborg draining; cycles available

Greetings Seaborg User,

Seaborg is currently draining the production batch classes in
preparation for today's scheduled maintenance at 14:00.  As I
write this, there are 97 nodes idle.  This is a good time to
get quick turnaround for short (less than 4 hours), not-too-large
parallel jobs.  This can be accomplished by using the "backfill"
submit class:

#@ class = backfill

All jobs still running at 14:00 will be killed; all jobs still
queued in the backfill class will be discarded.
