Index Seaborg draining; backfill enabled

Greetings NERSC SP User,

Seaborg's batch classes have begun draining in preparation
for tonight's dedicated testing.  Jobs still running at 16:00
today will be checkpointed, and then restarted from checkpoint
following the completion of the dedicated testing.

During the current draining period, no new batch jobs will start
from any of the standard production classes.  Only jobs submitted
to the interactive, debug, or backfill class will start.  To
submit jobs to the backfill class, use the following LoadLeveler
directive:

   #@class = backfill

This class has a 4-hour time limit.  As jobs in the production
classes complete, jobs submitted to the backfill class should
see good turnaround.
