    Greetings NERSC SP User,

Seaborg returned to service just after 8:00 this morning.  All home directories
now reside on a new file system.  Because this file system has greater capacity
than the previous one, we have increased user quotas by 50%.  The new values are
15GB for space, and 22,500 for inodes.  Note that /scratch quotas are unchanged,
at 250GB and 50,000 inodes.
