    Dear SP users,

The Seaborg batch classes are draining in preparation for a down at 4:00 
PM Pacific Time later today.  The only available batch classes are 
interactive, debug and backfill.  We encourage you to submit backfill 
jobs at this time - the maximum wall limit is 4 hours.
