    Greetings NERSC SP User,

The downtime scheduled for next Wednesday, December 15, to migrate
users' home directories to a new file system has been postponed until
January.  Details of the new migration schedule will be announced as
soon as plans are complete.

Users should still verify that they are not using absolute pathnames
in any program, script, makefile, or batch file.  Paths to files or
directories contained in users' home directories should be specified
relative to the environment variable $HOME.
