Index Seaborg Draining; Backfill Enabled

Greetings NERSC Seaborg User,

To accomodate the final accounting procedures for the 2004 allocation year,
Seaborg is now being drained of running batch jobs.  Any user jobs still
running at 20:00 tonight (Tue Nov 30) will be killed.

During this draining period, the only jobs that can start are those submitted
to the "backfill" class:

   #@class = backfill

Note that this class has a 4-hour time limit.  You should see good turnaround
in this class for a wide range of job sizes until the system goes down tonight.
Any jobs left in the backfill class will be discarded during the downtime.
