    Dear SP users,

Yesterday the  LoadLeveler Run limit was reduced from 5 to 3 and the 
Idle limit (number of jobs queued to run)  from 5 to 2.  If you have 2 
jobs queued and need to run an Interactive or Debug job, place one of 
your jobs on User Hold:

llhold jobid

To put the job back on the queue:

llhold -r jobid

These changes were implemented to provide fairer access to Seaborg 
resources.
