    Dear SP users,

Effective Wednesday, September 1, Seaborg jobs run on 512 or more 
processors and submitted to the "regular" class will be discounted and 
charged 75% of the regular charge. This is a change from the 50% 
discount that has been in effect since June 1. If the discount rate is 
changed (or if the discount is removed) a week's notice will be given.

Also effective September 1 is a change in queuing policies on Seaborg: 
jobs requesting 128+ nodes will have the same scheduling priority as 
jobs requesting between 32 and 127 nodes.

Users who have not yet scaled to 512 processors are encouraged to do so.
