Index HDF5 version 1.4.5-post2 made default on IBM SP

Dear SP users,

  A critical file corruption bug was found in HDF5 version 1.4.5, which
  can cause metadata to not be written to a file. NERSC has installed
  HDF5 bugfix version 1.4.5-post2 on the IBM SP and has made it the
  default. The old version, 1.4.5, is also available. To access the
  old version, for serial use: "module load hdf5/1.4.5", for parallel
  use: "module load hdf5_par/1.4.5", for serial 64bit use:
  "module load  hdf5_64/1.4.5", and for parallel 64bit use:
  "module load hdf5_par_64/1.4.5".
