Dear NERSC users,

ARPACK and Parallel ARPACK (PARPACK) libraries are now available on
the IBM SP (seaborg.nersc.gov). PARPACK is parallel extension of the
ARPACK software package used for solving large scale eigenvalue
problems on distributed memory parallel architectures.
