Index 24 hour queue / 64 bit MPI

Greetings,

NERSC is pleased  to announce the following changes on seaborg.nersc.gov:

24 hour queue
----------------------------

Work with the NERSC Users's Group has lead to the creation of a longer 
running queue on seaborg. "regular_long" is similar to regular but with 
a 24 hour wallclock maximum. Details on this class and other changes to 
the queues are described at:

64bit MPI
----------------------------

IBM has provided beta libraries for MPI using 64 bit compilation. The 
larger 64 bit address space allows more than 2 Gigabytes of memory per 
MPI task. This library is unsupported and has other limitations, but has 
been tested by NERSC staff. Local documentation, howtos, and examples
