On Thursday December 7, XL Fortran V7.1.0.0  will be upgraded to XL
Fortran V7.1.0.1 on gseaborg.

XL Fortran V7.1.0.1 is the latest IBM XL Fortran compiler release and
includes fixes for the following problems :

            - Performance problem when compiling with -qhot.
            - Performance problem with -O -qhot.
            - Incorrect results with -qarch=pwr3 -O3.
            - Internal compiler error with -qarch=rs64b -O.
            - Incorrect results with allocatable array.
            - Code generation error with -g -qhot.
            - Error in DBGGRP ProcessType.
            - Code generation error with cpp & -g -C -qhot.
            - Internal compiler error with -g -qhot.
            - BARRIER did not function properly.
            - Internal compiler error with -qsmp.
            - Incorrect error message with MERGE & -qhot
