Dear NERSC Users,

On Thursday,  March 20,  ESCHER will be down during 14:00 to 18:00,
pacific time, to install OS upgrade IRIX  6.5.18f. Currently
we are running IRIX 6.5.16f.

Please note, this upgarde will not affect  any  MAJOR applications
(compilers, MPT) currently in use.
