Dear NERSC PIs and project managers,

I have reduced that allocations of under utilized repositories as per:

This time has gone into the DOE Program reserves.  If your project needs 
more time between now and January 12 (the end of the 2008 allocation 
year) please contact your DOE allocation manager:
