    Dear Franklin users,

pgi/7.2.4 has been installed on Franklin.  The current default version 
is pgi/7.1.6.

To use the new version:
    % module swap pgi pgi/7.2.4
 
If no problems are reported, the new version of pgi/7.2.4 will be set to 
default on Monday, October 6.

Also a reminder that Franklin will be under scheduled hardware 
maintenance tomorrow (Tuesday, September 30) from 7:30-11:30 am.  The 
system has started draining, and jobs that won't complete by 7:30am 
tomorrow will not start.  It is a good chance to submit some large 
concurrency and short duration jobs for faster throughput.
