Please clean up on Franklin /scratch, and scheduled maintenance on Wednesday postponed

Dear Franklin users,

Franklin /scratch is again almost 70% full, with several OSTs over 75%.  
We need your help in order to prevent the file system filling up. Please 
remove unnecessary files and back up important files to HPSS, and reduce 
your overall usage as much as you can. If the /scratch fills up further 
we will have to purge files to reduce usage.

P.S. The maintenance scheduled for this Wednesday will be postponed to 
next Wednesday, June 11, from 7-11am PST.
