Please help to clean up Franklin /scratch

Dear Franklin users,

Franklin /scratch is almost 70% full, with several OSTs over 75%.  We 
need your help in order to prevent the file system filling up. Please 
remove unnecessary files and back up important files to HPSS, and reduce 
your overall usage as much as you can. If the /scratch fills up further 
we will have to purge files to reduce usage.
