New Default Versions NCAR and NCL

Greetings NERSC User,

New versions of the NCAR graphics library (4.4.2) and NCL (4.3.1) are now
the default on Seaborg, Bassi, Jacquard, and DaVinci.  NCL is bundled with
NCAR graphics.  Older versions of the bundled installation will remain
available.  To see which versions are available, use the "module" command:

module avail ncar
