Dear SP Users,

The following change in job queuing has been implemented on seaborg:

 From 5AM PST to 6PM PST 8 nodes from the compute pool will be directed
toward debug and interactive use only. The addition of this resource
should greatly improve turnaround time for debug and interactive work.

Please note that due to current limitations in the batch queue software
we can not guarantee that the nodes will be available exactly at 5AM.
The 8 nodes will be drained prior to 5AM in order to try to best meet
the schedule.
