 Some updates from seaborg


 * seaborg's queues are currently draining in preparation system-wide
testing starting at 4:00pm today. No logins will be allowed from 4:00 PM
to 6:00 PM. From 6:00PM until midnight the system will be available but
the queues will be dedicated to system work.

 * Totalview is working again.

 * The /scratch filesystem will undergo reconfiguration next Wednesday.
10TB of disk is being added. This will greatly expand the capacity and
performance of $SCRATCH. All data in $SCRATCH will be lost during the
upgrade. Please backup any data you wish to keep in $HOME or HPSS.
